UL Sport Arena
The UL Sport Arena – This stand-alone facility is also home to the National 50m swimming pool base for the high performance swim unit, the 25M Diving Pool, the National Strength & Conditioning Centre, Fitness Studio, Multipurpose Sports Halls, indoor 3-lane Jogging Track, Sprint Track and various other ancillary and associated services. Increased numbers which now average 14,000 individual visits per week.

King Johns Castle
King John's Castle, situated on 'King's Island' in the heard of medieval Limerick City, overlooks the majestic river Shannon and was built between 1200 and 1210. The stunning exhibition at King John’s Castle brings to life over 800 years of dramatic local history.
The courtyard and the Castle display some of the trades and traditions of the 16th Century and visitors can enjoy panaoramic views of Limerick City and the surrounding countryside.
Explore the visitor centre with state of the art interpretive activities and exhibitions. 21st century touch screen technology, 3D models and discovery drawer are among the exciting techniques that will connect you to tales of siege and warfare.
Children will love the dazzling array of computer generated animations and ghostly projections as they travel back through time. The Education and Activity Room is bustling with tasks to stimulate curious minds.

The Hunt Museum
The Hunt Museum preserves and exhibits the original artefacts gathered, over a life time, by John and Gertrude Hunt and known as the Hunt Collection. The Museum also displays its own collections, as well as visiting exhibitions of Local, National and International significance with the overall aim of maximising their cultural and educational potential for the people of Limerick and Ireland.
